This is a no-brainer – make something safe for people to use.

It’s okay if you can’t make the best or the most unique product, but at least make it safe.

Do no harm.

If you are making something you wouldn’t use for yourself, do not pass it on to your customers.

Pivot if you can, and set your mind straight on something higher.

Make yourself right with the Golden Rule:

Therefore all things whatsoever ye would that men should do to you: do ye even so to them: for this is the law and the prophets. (Matthew 7:12)

Realize that this Golden Rule is bigger than any profit chart, any market share, and any business growth initiatives.

It outlasts all business strategies combined.

For whoever thinks they can outsmart this Golden Rule, think twice.

Ultimately, it’s a choice. It’s a choice with consequences.

Practice discernment.

Side with the Golden Rule and turn that into a blessing to what you do.
