REFUND POLICY

By visiting and using goAcorn.co (hereinafter the “website”), you accept and agree to be bound by the Refund Policy.

The term “you” refers to anyone who uses, visits and/or views the website. GoAcorn, LLC (“company”, “I”, “we” or “us”) reserves the right to amend or modify these terms and conditions in its sole discretion at any time without notice and by using the website, you accept those amendments. It is your responsibility to periodically check the website for updates.

Your continued use of goAcorn.co after posting of any changes to our Refund Policy constitutes your acceptance of those changes and updates. You must not access or use the goAcorn.co if you do not wish to be bound by the Refund Policy.

DELIVERY GUARANTEE

goAcorn delivers personalized assessment reports (Discovery, Roadmap, and Launch Pad bundles) within seventy-two (72) hours of submitting your intake form and completing payment 

The 72-hour delivery window is calculated in calendar hours from the submission timestamp. 

Orders received after 5:00 PM ET on Friday or during weekends will begin processing the following Monday at 9:00 AM ET.

If intake responses are too vague or incomplete in substance to begin research, goAcorn will contact you for clarification. This 72-hour window will be paused from the time goAcorn sends a clarification request on your intake submission to the time your response is received. In such cases, goAcorn will notify you by email and the paused duration is added to your original deadline. The clock resumes upon receipt of your response.

Reports are delivered via email to your email address provided at checkout. Delivery is considered complete upon transmission of the report to that email address. goAcorn is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect email addresses provided by you or by your email provider, including spam filtering.

If goAcorn fails to deliver a completed report within the 72-hour window (as defined above, excluding any pause for clarification), you are entitled to one of the following at their choice:

a) A full refund, processed within 5 business days of the request, or
b) Continued delivery of the report at no additional cost, with a revised delivery estimate provided within 24 hours of the missed deadline.

goAcorn will proactively notify you by email if a delivery is going to miss the 72-hour window, before you have to ask.

WHY THE 72-HOUR WINDOW EXISTS

goAcorn’s reports are individually researched and written for you — not auto-generated or templated. This is a deliberate tradeoff: slower than an instant AI tool, but grounded in research specific to each student’s situation. A 72-hour turnaround is standard, not a delay.

BEFORE DELIVERY

If you change your mind before your report is delivered, contact us within 24 hours of the submission timestamp for a full refund. After 24 hours, your report has likely entered active research and writing — at that point we’re unable to offer a refund, since the work is already underway.

AFTER DELIVERY

Because every report is custom-researched and written for you individually, we’re unable to offer refunds once your report has been delivered.

If your delivered report does not cover the scope outlined in your submitted intake form, goAcorn will revise the relevant section at no additional charge. Revision requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery and are limited to one revision per order.

DEFINITIONS

“Submission timestamp” means the date and time recorded by JotForm at the moment of intake and payment submission.

Calendar hours’ means consecutive hours running continuously from the submission timestamp. The 72-hour delivery window is calculated in calendar hours. Orders received after 5:00 PM ET on Friday or during weekends will begin processing the following Monday at 9:00 AM ET. The 72-hour delivery window for such orders begins at Monday 9:00 AM ET, regardless of when the order was originally submitted.

“Business day” means Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Refund processing timelines are calculated in business days.  

HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND 

Email hi@goacorn.co with your order confirmation number. We respond within 24 hours and process approved refunds within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.
